What is the shipping cost?
If you are outside Argentina, the shipping cost varies depending on the continent and the restrictions of each country. Las Merinas will show you the DHL or FedEx quote according to your location.
How are shipments made?
Shipping is always made within 24 business hours after confirming the purchase using the selected shipping method.
DHL or FedEX delivery times may vary depending on the type of shipping selected. Las Merinas will allow you to see the approximate delivery date.
Where can I receive my order?
Outside Argentina it is delivered by DHL or FedEx to your home.
Where do I track my product?
Outside Argentina from the DHL or FedEx website corresponding to your country.
In both cases we send you the tracking code and the page link by email.
What happens if I don't pick up the purchased product?
Outside Argentina, DHL or FedEx will try to contact you a maximum of 3 times (depending on the country) and then store your purchase in an office in your area. If deliveries cannot coincide, contact DHL or FedEx in your area to coordinate the delivery of the product.
Do I have to make additional payments at the time of product delivery?
